The skin Clinic Location: Concord, Sydney Salary: $75,000 + Superannuation Hours: Full time role Are you a highly experienced senior dermal therapist with extraordinary management skills? We are a small team based in Inner West Sydney seeking the right full time Operations Manager and Senior Dermal Therapist to professionally lead our laser and skin clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage day-to-day operations of the business while ensuring being on the cutting edge of the highest level of technologies, client care and treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the smooth operation of the business, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service. - Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. - Manage financial aspects such as budgets, cost control, and achieving sales targets. - Expert consultation with regards all aspects of laser technologies, products, service standards. - Drive customer engagement and retention strategies, ensuring a premium client experience. - Implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new clients. - Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control. - Handle client inquiries and feedback to improve service delivery. - Develop and train staff in laser and skin treatments, staying updated with industry best practices. Qualifications and Experience: - Certified Senior Dermal Therapist with at least two (2) to five (5) years of experience. - Extensive hands-on experience and training with world-class laser machines. - Extensive experience training other therapists in safe laser and skin practices and techniques. - Proven track record in leading a team within a beauty or skin clinic. - Strong business acumen, with experience managing operational aspects such as staffing, budgeting, and customer relations.
