Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Leads three (3) or more employees in performing their duties while performing the full range of housekeeping tasks.

• Position entails a variety of technical laboratory analyses evaluating food and water for the presence of harmful bacteria and other microbial agents to include diagnostic tests and technical support work in the fields of microbiology and immunology.
