More detail about the role The CMO Team is seeking a team administrator to provide support to the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Directors (site based), Executive Support Manager and Executive Support Coordinator. This is a varied role with wide ranging responsibilities and we are therefore seeking a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to work flexibly to meet the demands of the CMO function and has a keen interest in developing their skills. A typical day for this post holder might include; diary management, organisation of team meetings, supporting a number of high-level Trust Committees and Steering Groups, managing the CMO team inbox, updating action logs. We are seeking an individual with strong administrative and organisational skills, a proactive and flexible nature, and excellent attention to detail.
