East Sussex Healthcare Trust has 2 Critical Care units: We are currently recruiting for Conquest which comprises of 6 ITU & 5 HDU beds. Critical care bed capacity will be increasing this year.

You will need to have the minimum of six months acute hospital experience.

As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing individualised nursing care to critically ill patients as part of our multidisciplinary team. Our nurses are supported by a Practice Educator and clinical skills facilitator. We provide an environment conducive to professional and personal development for all disciplines of staff. In order to fulfil the job role, achieve the essential competencies and meet service needs, successful candidates will be required to work day and night 12-hour shifts on internal rotation.

Working under the supervision of the Lead Nurse, the Practice Nurse will work as part of the Nursing & Healthcare team providing General Medical Services to the patients of Woodlands Family Medical Centre.
