Objectives and responsibilities for this role

· Reach or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

· Acquire New Accounts and grow existing accounts.

· Build deep understanding of customer needs & preferences to provide exceptional customer service.

· Be abreast of market & competitors’ info to help business identify stronger leads and growth opportunities.

· Ensure timely execution of sales-led and marketing-led activities.

Required skills and qualifications.

• We welcome talent with experience in Sales in the following space: Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Supplements or Nutraceutical.
• We would also love to explore with talent who doesn’t have any experience in these industries but wants to gain new skills and experience.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ eye health, including medical history and current symptoms.
• Support ophthalmologists during surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring sterile techniques are followed.
• Provide education to patients about eye care, treatment options, and post-operative care instructions.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Perform preliminary diagnostic tests, such as visual acuity tests, tonometry, and other assessments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and monitor patients’ recovery progress, addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families regarding eye conditions and treatments.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.

Job Requirement

• Must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Ophthalmic Nursing Certification (COT or COA) is often preferred.
• Familiarity with ophthalmic equipment and procedures.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills, particularly in educating patients about eye health.
• Experience in assisting with surgical procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
