Job DescriptionHospital Director (Mental Health Nurse) Salary: £60,000We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Director with a nursing qualification to lead our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in mental health, aged care, and nursing management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. This role is with one of the UK's leading independent providers of specialist clinical rehabilitation services for adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
Qualifications: - Registered Mental Health Nurse with current UK NMC registration.
- Significant senior experience as a Hospital Director or Hospital Manager
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards specific to clinical rehabilitation for adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
- Excellent communication, team-building, and decision-making skills, with a specific focus on the unique challenges of specialist clinical rehabilitation services.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and embrace innovation in the field of specialist clinical rehabilitation for adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
Responsibilities: - Providing strategic leadership and direction for the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care at our specialist clinical rehabilitation facility for adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
- Overseeing operational and financial performance, budget management, and resource allocation in line with the specialized services provided.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, specifically tailored to the needs of adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement within the context of specialist clinical rehabilitation services.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, local authorities, and community organizations, to ensure the provision of comprehensive and integrated care for adults with complex mental and physical health needs.
