• The Chief of Surgical Services is responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the Surgical Service, including resident education, Medical Staff Leadership, quality improvement, maintenance of reusable medical equipment, and the provision of excellent Inpatient and Outpatient care.
• Administratively, he/she is responsible for making long-range plans for the continuing function and development of the surgical service and for the development of sound and carefully documented organizational plans and budgetary proposals for presentation to top management. • He/she represents the service on important Medical Center committees with influence on patient care, teaching, and closely monitors all other committees on which surgery and specialty care service has representation. Responsible for recruiting qualified physicians to perform comprehensive and specialized surgical patient care and teaching. He/she maintains an active role with the Quality Management and Improvement Service by actively participating in the multi-faceted Peer Review Board (PRB) and by facilitating any outside surgical peer reviews requested through the risk manager.
• He/she plays a pivotal interactive role with quality/outcome measurement systems that are in place as integrated improvement tools. He/she assures that data collection is accurate and verified and that the returned aggregated data elements are communicated to the appropriate process owners and providers.
• He/she is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with medical and surgical diseases, accomplished through ambulatory and bed-based resources assigned to the surgical service. Also actively participates in patient care by conducting patient clinics and operative procedures, through hospital rounds, morning reports, conferences, consultations, participation in ambulatory care and other similar activities.
• He/she participates in the ongoing professional development of all surgical resident physicians that intermittently work with affiliates under the Academic Affiliation Agreement. He/she ensures that educational experiences of surgery are of the quality and quantity expected by relevant accrediting bodies.

We are looking for an experienced pharmacist with proven leadership and management skills to support the chief pharmacist with effective operational management and oversight of medicines optimisation services and medicines safety initiatives, and inspiring leadership and management of the continually expanding pharmacy team. The SystmOne EPMA/EPS system has now been fully implemented across all hospital units, so experience of using this system would be advantageous. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated and able to work on their own, whilst also integrating into a well-established team. You will have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills together with a good working knowledge of hospital pharmacy. Knowledge of pharmacy PCN services would also be advantageous. The successful candidate must have significant clinical and training experience, be passionate about patient safety and quality, as well as having proven leadership ability and vision. Experience of implementing Medicines Optimisation or Medicines Safety projects will be ideal. You will need to have a combination of at least five years post registration experience and a clinical diploma or similar experience. You will also need a great deal of self-motivation, sound clinical knowledge and computer literacy. The role will also be supported by a full training package, according to needs. The role is part-time (30 hours per week), with some flexibility as to how the hours are worked over the course of the week. The Director, Supply Chain Design and Execution – Medical Distribution will report to the VP, Supply Chain Flow and Strategy – Medical Distribution. This position leads the Supply Chain Design and Execution team; focused on ensuring our distribution network can support future growth while driving best-in-class service at an optimal cost across the U.S. Medical supply chain. Position Summary

The Director of Operations reports to Vice President of Operations, and is responsible for motivating, developing, and leading a team of 6 direct reports and 100+ indirect reports.

The Director ensures all Cardinal Health operational, financial and safety procedures are followed, enabling relevant key financial performance indicators are met and operational goals are achieved. 

The Consumer Health Logistics Center (CHLC) in Groveport, Ohio, is approximately 300,000 square feet and picks, packs, and ships approximately $250 million in consumer products each month.  The Director role is essential to maintaining clear and frequent communications with all levels within the organization as well as with suppliers and customers.

The Director provides strategic direction and leadership, ensuring execution of the distribution center's employee engagement and retention strategies and internal and external customer satisfaction.  In addition, this leader will lead the distribution center's compliance with all appropriate state and federal agencies. 

The Consumer Health Logistics Center will be a new facility and the Director will be responsible for facility design, project management and building a new team to support the operations.

What Application Development & Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health

Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. This function anticipates, plans, and delivers Information Technology solutions and strategies that enable operations and drive business value.

Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

The Director is responsible for Procure to Pay (PTP), Supply Chain Execution (SCE) and Release Management (RM) functions of Pharmaceutical segment SAP landscapes. As part of the SAP CoE, this role will be responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the pharmaceutical segment SAP Applications, including expansion to new business units (with primary focus on P2P and SCE). This position will also have accountability over the Service Delivery from Manage Service partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT managing both projects and operations preferred.

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree preferred.

• Proven successful, large scale end-to-end SAP Project implementation experience.

• Proven comprehensive knowledge and experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA

• Proficiency in providing designs and execution of projects using SAP technologies in Procure to Pay (PTP) and Supply Chain Execution (SCE) functions.

• Prior hands-on experience in configuring / development of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 HANA preferably in PTP and SCE functions.

• Extensive experience and understanding of cross-functional touch points and impacts of PTP and SCE functions.

• Experience in building integrations between SAP and Non-SAP applications primarily external warehouse, planning and procurement applications.

• Experience in driving strategies, roadmaps, innovations, and automation efforts.

• Extensive experience of working with business stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to collaborate and be able to influence large teams and senior leadership across GTBS and business.

• Experience in working with software vendors both technology and resource and establishing good relationships.

• Very energetic, enthusiastic, and self-driven

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Full responsibility of operating swine business and managing P/L in Taiwan.
• Responsible to develop and execute short-, mid- and long-term strategy to grow swine business by increasing market share in swine segment.
• Responsible for preparing sales and OPEX budget annually. Lead swine team (sales, marketing and technical) to develop and marketing and sales plan to achieve the annual budget in Taiwan.
• Responsible to supervise the sales team to ensure the business plan is well monitored and implemented.
• Optimize the Go-to-Market model to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of distributor management and business operation to adopt the market trend.
• Well management of cross functional collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
• People management and development potential talent.
• Assist General Manager in coordinating the optimal cooperation of swine team with others.

Education Minimum Requirement:

• Diploma of veterinary medicines or animal husbandry is preferred.
   

Required Experience and Skills:

• Have been in the senior position in managing the sales, or marketing and technical function in multinational animal health company for at least 5 years.
• Well understand swine and feed industry in the country.
• Have people management experience is preferable.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
• Willing to travel frequently domestic and overseas.
