The project manager position resides within the Project Management Office. A project manager will provide oversight for and perform tasks associated with improving customer’s inventory management practices.

Responsibilities  

• Coordinate implementation of all WaveMark solutions, demonstrating planning and execution throughout a project lifecycle including: defining project scope, gathering and prioritizing project requirements, creating detailed project plans, executing a formal project plan, customer rollout, and transition. 
• Coordinates cross-functionally (e.g., sales, engineering, marketing) to achieve project goals 
• Effectively balance competing project constraints including but not limited to scope, quality, schedule, funding, budget, resources, and risk, to manage project success. 
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of project management concepts and principles.

Qualifications  

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred. 
• 6+ years experience in related field preferred. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.

Summary

Under the direction of the VP Operations, oversees the Environmental, Health and Safety program, ensuring that all regulatory permit obligations are completed on schedule and all personnel are trained as required to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Participates in the long-term strategic planning process for Operations including space planning and other facility projects required to support production capacity and ensure facility operations run in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Manages daily facility operations including project management of infrastructure installations, preventative maintenance and repair services, and other upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
 

Environmental, Health & Safety (70%)

• Manage Environmental, Health & Safety program, including acting as Environmental Safety Leader and Radiation Safety Officer.
• Coordinate training programs to instruct personnel in the proper procedures for use of radiation generating devices, high voltage equipment, and hazardous materials prior to use, at periodic intervals (refresher training) and as required by changes in procedures, equipment, regulations, etc.
• Perform annual audits of the safety program to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
• Ensure that regulatory permitting and periodic reporting is completed on schedule including oversight and management of Hazardous Waste, Stormwater and Air Quality programs.
• Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery Business Continuity, Injury Illness Prevention, Respiratory, Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Management System plans.
• Coordinate with Human Resource and Manufacturing teams to organize and conduct Job Hazard Assessments.

Qualifications

What Corporate Development Management contributes to Cardinal Health
The Corporate Development team is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and expertise to execute Cardinal Health’s growth and business strategies through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. 

The Manager will be a key member of the Corporate Development team, focusing on M&A deal execution. This includes working extensively with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams, while supporting business and executive leadership in deal evaluation, execution, and venture portfolio strategy. Responsibilities

Support acquisition and divestiture due diligence process, valuation analysis, pre-closing integration / separation planning and closing processes:

• Deal Strategy: Work with business, finance, and strategy teams to develop a business case for each acquisition, including detailed assessment of the competitive marketplace and quantitative support for annual operating plan and investment requirements

• Due Diligence: Identify critical due diligence items that will impact modeling assumptions and inform integration planning

• Financial Analysis: Create detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess the financial impact of potential transactions. Evaluate the financial feasibility and return on investment of each M&A opportunity

• Deal Structuring: Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Accounting and Treasury teams to structure transactions

• Deal Approval: Support communications with Corporate CEO, CFO, Segment CEOs and CFOs, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Business Unit GMs and other members of Cardinal Health leadership. Facilitate Corporate approval process for all deals

• Integration Planning: Collaborate with M&A Integration team and cross-functional teams to ensure a level and timing of integration consistent with business needs, budget and transaction model

• Separation Planning: Support the development of the separation plans for divestitures and the development and implementation of transition services agreements

• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and Cardinal Health requirements throughout the M&A process. Maintain the highest standards of governance and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 

• Experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy, finance, or accounting

• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills with proficiency in analyzing complex financial data

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and assess new business opportunities

Salary Range

QTC (a Leidos company) is hiring a Sr. Capture Manager with experience in federal health who will be a key member of the senior management team and is accountable for the execution and growth of current key/strategic account.  The candidate must have the ability to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer value, the environment, and the corporation's best interests. Develop capture strategy including business solution for pursuit of opportunities; identifies potential customers, competitive assessments, teaming suppliers, and prices-to-win; steers bid and proposal activities.  Ability to manage multiple pursuits to ensure excellence in delivery of full life cycle capture activities that includes development of solutions through our Leidos Corporate Capture Management Process. This role is to guide proposals ranging from $5M to multi-billion. 

*Remote option available for this role and will require business travel as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience working with different VA, DoD, and Federal acquisition concepts including indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts as well as other potential vehicles.

• Ability to develop professional customer-ready engagement materials to include whitepapers, presentations, and other media.

• Willingness to contribute across the sales cycle, including early-stage prospecting, qualification, strategy, and proposal development.
