We are open 7.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday all year, except bank holidays. We are currently not able to offer any term time only roles.

• Minimum Level 3 full & relevant Early Years childcare qualification.

Recovery Team Manager – Mental Health Recovery Supported Living Service

The Role:

Develop and manage a new-build mental health supported living service for 14 people with mental health needs.

You will work with service users, their families, other agencies to assess needs and to plan a successful transition into the service, creating the foundations for greater independence and personal fulfilment. You will ensure that individuals are enabled to make progress in their personal recovery journey and to attain goals relating to their mental health & wellbeing, independence, maintenance of their tenancy, quality of life and community connections. This will be achieved through co-producing outcome-based support plans which build on strengths and assets and promote meaningful occupation, resilience and capacity for self-management.

You will promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and ensure that staff are skilled in promoting recovery and positive engagement, with relationships based on respect and unconditional positive regard. You will ensure that that there is a strong commitment to equality and diversity. You will be committed to community asset-based approaches and be able to collaborate creatively with community partners as our delivery model is characterised by the use of volunteers and peer supporters as well as paid staff and by close partnership working with statutory mental health services and voluntary agencies.

Required:

• At least two years relevant experience, preferably gained in a mental health service or supported accommodation setting.
• Experience of managing/supervising staff and managing or co-ordinating the delivery of care and support.
• A relevant health or social care qualification or degree.

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deputy Clinic Manager

Your skill set will be a 1st or 2nd level nurse registered with the NMC with either formal renal nursing qualification or substantial Haemodialysis experience. Additionally, you will also have experience of managing others, counselling patients and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.

Worcester Dialysis Unit operates 20 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 100 patients, in partnership with Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Birmingham (QEUHB) using only the latest equipment. Nursing is planned at a ratio 1:4 patients, and you will be supported by HCA’s on each shift.

This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week. Current days are working various shifts Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7.00am to 11.30pm and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7.00am to 6.30pm.
