The incumbent serves in a developmental capacity at the GS-11 level. Key functions will be similar to those described at the full performance level of the target position. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide individualized and comprehensive case management, clinical services, and crisis intervention to Veterans deemed at an increased risk for suicide while working under clinical supervision.

The CSP Program Manager (PM) Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager (NM) executes position responsibilities that demonstrate beginning leadership skills and participates in specific program experiences. The Psychology Program Manager (PPM) works with programs that provide specialized clinical care to Veterans with a wide range of SUDs, many with other co-occurring mental health and/or medical conditions. Provision of substance use services is complex, with Veterans moving between varied levels of care as clinically appropriate. The PPM ensures Veterans receive individual, case management, and group interventions from multidisciplinary team members. The PPM ensures multidisciplinary team members implement and facilitate educational and therapeutic group interventions each week for the purpose of providing comprehensive, recovery focused clinical interventions for the purpose of treating Veterans. The PPM works with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the transition of Veterans moving across varied levels of care from inpatient, incarcerated, and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include implementation of evidence-based programs; development of local policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance treatment programs and professional staff performance; systems redesign to improve access, effective and efficient Veteran-centered care; monitoring program outcomes for efficiency and productivity; and space planning for maximal program accommodation.

The PPM has clinical and administrative responsibility of the daily operations of the Psychosocial Residential Recovery Treatment Program, PRRTP, and Substance Abuse Treatment Team (SATT) outpatient programs. • Build long-lasting relationships with customers who have a passion for the latest cosmetics, beauty and fragrance trends. From greeting them in the store and suggesting new styles to checking in with them later and inviting them to exclusive events and promotions
• Give honest, tactful feedback and guidance to customers on beauty products
• Set and exceed company and personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team
• Set and achieve sales goals, for both in-store and digital selling with effective use of selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
• Manage the scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with theCPRC team to educate and support clients, develop wellness initiatives, and facilitate health education groups. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans for clients with co-occurring chronic diseases

• Manage hospital and medical provider admissions and discharges for Healthcare Home patients
• Train patients on medical diagnoses, treatments, and medications
• Implement DMH Net Health technology programs and initiatives, such as CyberAccess and metabolic screening
• Monitor and report performance measures and outcomes using advanced information systems designed for nurses
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Utilize critical thinking and nursing process to make informed decisions

Requirements and Skills:

• Active RN or LPN license
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong understanding of chronic disease processes in children and adults
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and implement innovative systems
