We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedNURSE, or PARAMEDICto join the Research and Development TeamatBerkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a Senior Research Nurse/Senior Research Paramedic.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, motivated individual with previousexperience of working in healthcare. This is an opportunity to join our busy Research and Development delivery team working on research studiesfrom a range of specialties including Mental Health and Community Health Services.
This post is basedout of the University of Reading and provides support across the entire Trust. As suchyou willbe requiredto travel as needed by the role andthereforea time efficient mode of transportation is essential. Currently the Trust is supportinghybridworking(working from home and Trust sites)whereappropriate.
WorkPattern :Usually Mon-Fri 9-5 but some flexibility may berequired.
• You will be trained to support a variety of research studies and working in conjunction with the research and development team, will co-ordinate,facilitateand manage day to day activities for concurrent research studiesacross a diverse range of specialties.
• Main duties include managing the implementation of research protocols, identification, recruitment,monitoringand support of patients through the research process as well as providing research support as necessary to study teams and clinicians.
• The role involves collectingaccuratedata, management of tissue or other biological samples, carrying out clinical assessments, document generation and control, and ensuring research is conducted in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), current legislation and research governance standards.
• You will be trained to support a variety of research studies and working in conjunction with the research and development team, will co-ordinate,facilitateand manage day to day activities for concurrent research studiesacross a diverse range of specialties.
• Main duties include managing the implementation of research protocols, identification, recruitment,monitoringand support of patients through the research process as well as providing research support as necessary to study teams and clinicians.
