The North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Services (NMCPS) formed in December 2020 and is a network collaboration between The University Hospital of North Midlands (UHNM), Mid Cheshire and East Cheshire NHS Trusts (MCHFT). UHNM are the host provider of the network. The Cellular pathology department is situated on the Royal Stoke site. This post is suitable for someone who is highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, a good team worker with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. The ability to prioritise tasks together with effective communication is essential. You should have a methodical and organised approach to work and be able to work under your own initiative once fully trained. A good general education demonstrable at GCSE level or equivalent is required with a sound knowledge of Microsoft computer packages (Word and Excel) and experience of data input, extract and manipulation. Basic knowledge of Health and Safety, confidentiality and data quality is essential to this role. You must be numerate and able to handle numbers accurately and without error.
