Job Summary:

You will work closely with our sales team to support the promotion and sale of medical products. You will assist in identifying potential clients, providing product information, and supporting sales activities within the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist sales representatives with in-person product presentations and training to pharmacists and assistant pharmacists. Also ensure pharmacies have enough stocks and products are well displayed.
• Client Communication and Relationship Building: Help respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Product Knowledge and Education: Assist in educating potential clients about product features, benefits, and usage.
• Administrative and CRM Support: Assist in maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases

As an Internal Recruiter you'll work collaboratively with Regional and Area Managers to build an extensive knowledge and understanding of the Rowlands estate, the branches within it and the nuances that will make a specific type of pharmacist successful in each branch

You'll secure the top talent in the market through effective sourcing, writing informative and engaging adverts, performing screening interviews and negotiating terms. Job Summary

What Are Your Responsibilities?

This position is responsible for actively participating in an internship program that leverages your skills, knowledge, and capabilities while exposing you to different methodologies and tools. Working closely with cross-functional teams in both our business and technical areas the Associate IT Process Design & Government Analyst Intern may be responsible for conducting process open mic and jam sessions, assisting with process central operations, creating process documentation, contributing to process knowledge base, and evaluating metrics and continuous improvement ideas/options across all channels from CoE's. Additional project support, administrative tasks, and ad hoc requests to support business needs.

What Are the Requirements You Must Meet?

• A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Availability to work 10 weeks during the summer.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. (Currently, we are not offering this position with a student visa including F1, OPT, CPT or H1B and are not accepting or sponsoring student work visas for this role)

• Develop an understanding of the Autodesk Foundation investment initiatives related to the Health and Resilience opportunity area to serve as a matchmaker between investees and Autodesk partners. 
• Develop an understanding of the customers’ needs for designated Health & Resilience Foundation customers; prioritize recommendations for in-kind support that would deliver the highest value for the grantee and Autodesk
• Document findings by translating recommendations into success plans that leverages the deployment of Autodesk in-kind support
• Capture feedback from completed engagements, analyze metrics and trends to evaluate the success of in-kind support and document customer outcomes.  
• Surface insights and improve outcomes to Autodesk Foundation team and broader Autodesk community to support important activities such as impact measurement, communications, storytelling, award nominations, and other opportunities to create or add value.  

Industry Insights  

• Investigate industry trends to unearth new opportunities which may increase results and positive impact. 
• Support ad hoc connections to industry customers and Autodesk teams when aligned with joint goals (i.e., diversity and belonging or leadership development).

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Master’s student majoring in Business, Customer Success, Non-profit Management, or similar.  
• Passion and previous work experience related to sustainability and social impact issues such as climate change and workforce development.  
• Customer service mindset, committed to being responsive and supportive to customer needs, prioritizing to achieve stated outcomes.  
• Driven, eager team player, with desire to always learn and improve. 
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and HubSpot and communications platforms like SharePoint.

About the US Intern Program  

The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 – August 9 or June 17 – September 6). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development. • $47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
