An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and resourceful person with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Quality Assurance team. As the Pharmacy Assistant in QA, your role will be to work alongside the Chief Pharmacy Technician in QA and assist in the Quality Management System required to maintain the equipment and environment within the Aseptic unit. You will assist in carrying out the day to day monitoring and testing (both physical and microbiological) of the environment, processes and the finished products. You will be responsible for ensuring that where appropriate the findings are accurate and are reported in a timely manner.



You will be based at Tunbridge Wells hospital in Pembury. This position is for anyone with an interest in improving product quality through monitoring and inspection ensuring products meet specification. No previous experience is necessary as you will undertake specialist training from the minute you start. A professional career progression plan will be drawn up to help you gain more knowledge, progress within the role, become more confident and expand on your skills in QA. There will also be regular reviews to discuss progress and plan for the next set of actions.

The Deputy Chief of QM is a self-directed nursing professional who supervises QM staff, assesses plans, implements, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the quality and safety of the delivery of care for the organization. The Opportunity

The role of Medical Sales/Key Account Executive is an integral part of the team. It’s the representative to our customers in both the clinic as well as the hospital settings throughout Singapore.

You will work both independently and within the Singapore team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out activities that will assist the company to meet targets and meet our high expectations for quality customer service. We are seeking a motivated, proactive and highly organised individual for the Group Chairman Medical Board's Office. In this role, you will perform essential administrative, coordination and secretariat functions, providing comprehensive support for the Office's strategic and operational activities.

Your responsibilities will include report writing, coordinating work plans, data analysis and drafting and reviewing Policies & Procedures (P&P). You will coordinate with peers, staff from external departments and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate work process integration. Additionally, you will be responsible for organising high-level meetings and planning and organising strategic events or outreach activities.

Furthermore, you will support the Director (Medical Affairs) in key areas of Medical Manpower planning and junior doctors' well-being initiatives.

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Assistant/Senior/ Manager/Assistant Director and Executives of the Institute in the day-to-day operations, as well as planning and implementing PGAHI’s initiatives and programmes.

General job duties:

• Provide administrative support in the Institute’s routine operations in areas such as inventory (including stock taking and purchasing), venue bookings, etc.

• Provide administrative and logistic support, eg. major events and initiative.

• Coordinate appropriate record keeping of training information and statistics as well as the maintenance and updating the Institute’s databases

• Undertake greater responsibility of providing key administrative support in the institute’s operations

• Assume key roles in the planning and implementation of events/projects/initiatives

• Plan, organize and implement PGAHI training programmes beyond providing administrative support to PGAHI programmes for Allied Health Professionals in SGH and the broader local healthcare community

• Serve and maintain as the key liaison with local and overseas partners and participants

• Manage budgeting of training programmes with adherence to organisation’s financial processes
