A. Accurately read-coding data on EMIS Web into the patient record B. File and store records as required C. Photocopy documentation as required D. Action all incoming emails and mail in a timely manner E. Scanning of patient documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients healthcare records F. Input data into the patients healthcare records as necessary G. Answer incoming phone calls, transferring calls or dealing with the callers request appropriately H. Carry out system searches as requested I. Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times J. Support all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested K. Maintain effective security of data at all times L. Provide guidance in trouble shooting when requested M. Ensure new patient records are received electronically and imported onto the clinical system N. Process patient access applications and ensure staff have a full understanding of what is required when patients complete an application request. O. Code results and upload data as required P. Deal with ambulance requests urgent and non-urgent Q. Registering Patients R. Manage and update the practice website as required S. Complete requests via the website dashboard. T. Manage all enquires in an effective manner U. Process referrals using the electronic referral system (ERS V. Typing letters, reports and associated documentation as requiredW. Liaising with external agencies such as hospitals and community services, ensuring referrals are processed efficiently
