- You will manage a server room in a 100BaseT LAN environment connected by a Cisco switch.
- You will manage the command Defense Research and Engineering Network (OREN) infrastructure, workstations, account access, peripheral equipment and connectivity.
- You will serve as a systems administrator with responsibility for planning, maintaining and coordinating the installation, testing, modifying, upgrading, maintaining, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- You will directly support the NAMRU Dayton ADP Systems Manager serving as an alternate in every capacity, function and task.
- You will perform services as an IT systems administrator, assisting in the planning, coordination and implementation of research-based applications software and hardware for operating systems.
- You will review IT programs to assess overall compliance with plans, policies, and alignment with business requirements.
- You will resolve a myriad of problems within the scope of the help desk.
