• Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Employer: Fine Dining Bangladeshi & Indian Restaurant
• Location: Pwllheli, North Wales
• Gross salary package : circa £32,000 (incl share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
• Weekly working hours/days 48 hours / 5 days
• Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employer’s workplace pension

Your role covers assisting in a variety of duties and tasks for the smooth and efficient running of front of house operation to standards and objectives of the business including administrative, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with position. Main function is to implement delivering polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Minimum 3 years experience in escalating job roles
• Personal alcohol licence
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the team at George IV Hotel, Criccieth.

Commis Chef working hours:

As a Commis Chef you will work 30 - 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £13.10 – Regardless of age!

Being a Commis Chef:

As a Commis Chef you will assist with all aspects of the kitchen operation from the preparation, cooking and serving of the food to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times including stock rotation, labelling and cleaning of equipment as required. You will work closely with the Head and Second Chefs; making this an ideal opportunity for any candidates looking to progress their career in the kitchen. This is a real team effort.
