We're looking for a Head of Supply Chain to work for our client, an innovative global industry leader in the food tech space and the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe.

Key responsibilities:
This role provides financial analysis and commercial support to the Haven Caravan Parks on site Food & Beverage, Supermarket & Retail Operations Teams. The retail section of Haven is substantial with a turnover of over £200m. The role provides support to both central and park teams, also support for leadership teams, with the purpose of providing information, analysis and insight to improve the financial performance of the F&B and Supermarket areas.  In addition, there will be ad hoc support to the wider Retail team if \ when required.
• Main point of contact for all financial questions relating Food & Beverage, Supermarkets and Shops.
• Assisting the FD and HOD with all financial queries relating to your area for Haven holiday parks
• Provide reporting, analysis and insight in your area.
• Detailed sales information, by day, week, month etc
• Yield management and control
• Analyse and help manage main KPI’s
• Reporting and communicating variance to targets
• Margin – including margin management, wastage and efficiency
• Payroll – reporting and monitoring of cost by department
• Provide trend and performance updates for the operations and finance teams.
• Other P&L cost control

Skills / Experience:
