About Us..
The vision of Kinderland Day Nurseries is to provide an environment where children are happy, stimulated, safe and healthy. We have two lovely buildings and fantastic resources but truly believe that our staff are the best resource and make the biggest difference in our children's lives! We are based in Croydon, Greater London and are a family run Nursery.
Our nurseries pride themselves on the exceptional level of quality care it provides for young children aged between 3 months to 5 years. We provide a loving, caring and friendly environment, one in which children have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in order to reach their full potential.
Our new nursery is situated in Central Croydon, with convenient transport links to East Croydon Station, South Croydon Station, and West Croydon Station. The nearest tram stops are George Street Tram Stop, Wellesley Road Tram Stop, and East Croydon Tram Stop. We are also conveniently located for many bus routes.

Designated Safeguarding Lead
We have named persons within the nursery who take lead responsibility for safeguarding and
co-ordinate child protection and welfare issues, known as the Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL), there is always at least one designated person on duty during the opening hours of the setting.
All applicants should be aware that a huge part of the role is ensuring children are continuously safeguarded from any harm. Any job offers will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction programme, and 3 months’ probation period. All successful candidates will be given lots of training upon starting their role.
The amendments to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (2013 and 2020) provides that when applying for certain jobs and activities, certain convictions and cautions are considered ‘protected’. This means that they do not need to be disclosed to employers, and if they are disclosed, employers cannot take them into account.
