Cook - 40 hours per week including alternate weekends (4 X 10 hour shifts, 7am-5pm per week).

Sous Chef

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the team at The Imperial Hotel, Ilfracombe.

Commis Chef working hours:

As a Commis Chef you will work 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £13.10 – Regardless of age!

Being a Commis Chef:

As a Commis Chef you will assist with all aspects of the kitchen operation from the preparation, cooking and serving of the food to maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen at all times including stock rotation, labelling and cleaning of equipment as required. You will work closely with the Head and Second Chefs; making this an ideal opportunity for any candidates looking to progress their career in the kitchen. This is a real team effort.

Strong communication skills
Understanding of all aspects related to food safety regulations
