The Role:

• As Receptionist, you will provide customer services for all Guests to contribute to an efficient and exceptional experience from check-in through check-out
• Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or other departments
• Always demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Attend appropriate training courses, when required.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
• Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Use the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems

PAY RATE: Up to £11.79per hour


CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent - we don't do zero hours contracts!



HOURS: 16 over 4 daysa week, shifts are 6am to 12pm or 5pm to 10pm- guaranteed hours to plan your week around

Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met.
