Job Description & Requirements
1)Ensure good customer experience, satisfaction and customer loyalty.
2)Ensure the smooth running of the coffee-shop operations in line with the company’s business objectives.
3)To ensure that all equipment and in-store facilities conform to sanitary regulations ensuring strict compliance with MOH’s legislation and company policies and procedures.
4)Oversee and hands-on daily operation.
5)Manage a team of service-bar crews, conduct daily briefing to the team.
6)Train and re-train SOPs to improve staffs capability in handling daily tasks and up-selling skills.
7)Able to train team to up-sell receipt per head, retail products (take away), recruit Loyalty Membership and provide good customer service.
8)Versatile in different job roles and hands on operations.
Requirements :
1) Above 5 years of managerial F&B experience in managing a team of people
2) Above 6 years of F&B operations experience in coffee shop.
3) Able to improve sales from social media posting and marketing.
4) Friendly personality and hospitable to all guests, good PR skill.
5) Need to be hands-on to daily operations, so as to understand better on SOPs to improvise the work flow.
6)Positive attitude with a strong sense of communication with customer.
