You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the project survey for guest experience and delivering valuable insights to our clients.
By effectively managing the project, coordinating with stakeholders, and analyzing data, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
This role shall be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of a survey project focused on tourist and visitor experiences.
Involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines are met, and delivering high-quality research insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including research teams, clients, and vendors.
Survey Design and Implementation:
Collaborate with research teams to design and develop effective survey instruments.
Oversee the deployment and administration of surveys to target audiences.
Manage data collection and quality control processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Oversee the analysis of survey data to extract meaningful insights.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Present findings to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of researchers and field staff.
Plan and manage part-time surveyor resources.
Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
Handle disciplinary issues as needed.
Operational Planning:
Create and manage project rosters to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline project execution.
Qualifications:
Diploma Bachelor's degree in market research, sociology, psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the market research or tourism industry.
Strong understanding of survey methodology and data analysis techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., survey tools, data analysis software).
Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
