We are looking for an F&B Supervisor to support our F&B Manager in overseeing our Breakfast department and Burr and Co outlet. This role will be varied and involve supervising a variety of team members including Barista’s, so some coffee knowledge is desirable. You will be involved with training any new starters, developing, and coaching our current team and supervising your shift in absence on an F&B Manager. This role would suit someone with some team leader or supervisory experience already, looking to gain a wide range of knowledge across 2 busy Hotel departments.

- Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days (weekend availability essential)
- Experience as a Senior Barista, Team Leader or Supervisor within a Coffee Shop or Breakfast Department within a Hotel
- Someone who leads by example, you will be confident in guiding and coaching team members to ensure the team is providing consistent excellent service
- An eye for detail - you will make sure our breakfast service is up to InterContinental standards
- Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience
- Some coffee knowledge, you will be able to train our new Barista’s on the drinks we offer and provide support
- Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
