The successful candidate will be working along side our current team and Head Chef. We are looking for someone with prior Sous Chef/Head Chef experience.
We are underway with an extension to our building and kitchen. Once complete we aim to offer breakfasts and grow the current business. At this point it is hoped that this position will lead to a head chef role.
We recognise the need for a good work life balance, the hours required to work are based on a 4 day week through the summer and a 3 day week through the winter months.
There are no split shifts, hours per week through the summer are expected to be 45-48 and through the winter we expect them to be a minimum of 30, averaging out at 42 hours per week annually.
This position will equate to around £43,000 per annum and opportunity for promotion and further pay rises are on offer.
