Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our customers. The candidate will be instrumental in onboarding customers, developing positive experiences and maximising the value gained from data insights. The candidate will work with customers and distributors globally in order to generate business growth. The role will ideally be located at our offices in Lincoln, UK – however consideration of remote working is made for the right person.


Key Responsibilities:
This will be a varied B2B role with numerous elements to it including:
• Tracking adoption of the technology, showing the customer the path to value.
• Onboarding and holding product demonstrations.
• Upsell services and products within the brand.
• Review customer feedback and share within the team as part of product
development.
• Managing & developing relationships with product distributors, as well as
offering pro-active customer support and liaising directly with end clients, in
order to grow business and ensure customers are maximising their use of the
product.
• Providing basic product support and information alongside the engineering
team.
• Maintaining the customer database and updating customer information.



Skills & Knowledge:

• A background in B2B Account Management / Sales / Business Development,
ideally in the agriculture sector.
• An ability to be equally at ease in a corporate boardroom as you would be in a
muddy field.
• Ideally you will have some experience selling a tech related product or service
into the Agri sector (perhaps with some sort of Software, Data or AI
component).
• Experience with using insights gathered from data, and how to present that as
useful information (and therefore the benefits of the system), to customers.
• Experience in being the middle person between commercial customers and
internal product development teams.
• Understanding how delivering great, pro-active customer service drives
additional sales with existing customers and throughout the industry.
• Willingness for some travel – including the possibility of international travel
further down the line as the customer base grows.
• High levels of commercial acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills; written, verbal and listening.

Working Relationships:
The job holder will report to General Manager and expected to develop productive and professional working relationships with both internal and external collaborators and stakeholders.


Qualifications:
- Agricultural qualification would be advantageous.

- Ability to demonstrate an equivalent level of experience

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager in the Food & Beverage sector to join our client in Lincoln, starting as soon as possible.

The pay rate is very respectable and duties very varied so this could be an excellent opportunity, please read on.

Day to day duties will vary but largely would involve:
- Opening up the venue
- Bar setup, clean the beer lines and changing any barrels as needed
- Helping to oversee a small team of staff
- Health & Safety briefings/protocols
- Check up on stock and placing any orders as needed
- Deputise for the General Manager in their absence
- Manage Bar functions, serving customers and taking any orders
- Oversee Catering functions for a small number of covers. They serve an honest, accessible menu with snack style food
- Cashing off at the end of shift
- Closing down and tidying the venue, securing the building

Hours will be varied but you will be contracted to 36hrs per week to give you some security. However a number of extra hours will be available at busy times and as you are hourly paid, this can be a good way to increase your earnings.

The client is looking for someone who is very outgoing and social, with a happy personality and can communicate well both with customers and with their small team. The team is relatively small so they are looking for someone who will be very reliable and trustworthy.

Experience in the Hospitality & Catering, Food & Beverage sector would be ideal and if you have a First Aid qualification this will be an added bonus but not essential. If you have a pleasant demeanour with customers of all backgrounds and a good level of authority but also respect from a team then you would be well suited.

The pay rate offered will be £13.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience.
