Role responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest levels of quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and guide a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
Operations:
o Oversee food and beverage outlets.
o Maintain high quality and service standards.
Team Management:
o Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
o Foster a positive work environment.
Customer Experience:
o Ensure an exceptional dining experience.
o Address and resolve guest issues.
Financial Management:
o Develop and manage budgets.
o Control costs and pricing strategies.
Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Provide exceptional and friendly service to our customers, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements within our Food and Beverage departments.
