Le Programme Infogérance est en charge de l’infogérance des systèmes informatiques du groupe Thales en France. Cet important contrat couvre les périmètres suivants : serveurs et applications et réseau et sécurité.

Vous intégrerez les équipes « Agile Delivery Hub », qui assurent la gestion de tous les projets, allant jusqu’à 50.000€, sur l’ensemble du périmètre infogéré. Cela représente environ 350 projets par an répartis sur nos 4 centres de services. L’objectif de l’apprentissage est d’intégrer le poste d’un chef de projet. Vous aurez pour objectif de mener à bien l’ensemble des projets qui attribués (plusieurs projets en parallèle pour un budget unitaire de 1.000 à 50.000€)

En nous rejoignant, vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes :

• Comprendre les besoins des clients
• Etablir des devis de prestation, planifier les actions, coordonner les ressources, rapporter au client, assurer de la qualité des livraisons, participer à l’amélioration continue, assurer le suivi financier ; tout cela dans une organisation Agile
• Assister les chefs de projets puis prendre ensuite en charge le rôle de chef de projet à part entière

Vous serez l’interface entre le client et les équipes de production dans la conduite des projets. Vous aurez la responsabilité du respect des engagements pris auprès du client (délai et service délivré) et du contrôle des coûts. Vous participerez, comme l’ensemble de l’équipe, aux actions d’amélioration continue de nos outillages, processus et fonctionnements. Finalement, vous évoluerez dans un cadre de travail Agile (Kanban, rétrospective, sprint…).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 14 personnes au sein du département
«Marketing » en charge de superviser l’organisation d’évènements divers qui ont
tous pour principal objectif de montrer et démontrer à nos clients les solutions, innovations et projets d’ISS.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2023 pour une durée de 1 ou 2 an (s).

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités:
Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

Dans le cadre d’un projet de refonte d’un site web vous aurez l’occasion de travailler en collaboration avec les agences sur:
 

- La gestion du back-office
- La mise à jour, création & l’optimisation du contenu
- La rédaction d’articles en français et anglais
- Optimisation des mots clés à intégrer dans l’article pour le référencement Google
- Optimisation des images (taille et nom)
- La recherche d’images & iconographie

• Sur la page LinkedIn Airbus ISS en devenir, il faudra publier de 2/3 post par semaine (événements internes & externes, salons, signatures de contrats, communiqués de presse…)

• Pour ce qui est de la page intranet, il faudra y informer les employés sur les dernières nouvelles, le calendrier des prochains événements, vous aurez l’occasion de publier les news et participer à la rédaction des articles.

• Le marketing opérationnel est amené à superviser l’organisation d’évènements divers qui ont tous pour principal objectif de montrer et démontrer à nos clients les solutions, innovations et projets d’ISS. Avec l’appui des différents services vous vous occuperez de la préparation des points suivants:
   

-Organisation réunions
-Logistique
- Mise à jour des supports (vidéos, brochures, visuels)
-Création goodies…

Compétences & Prérequis :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 4 ou BAC + 5 dans le domaine du Marketing dans une école de commerce ou de communicaion pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1 ou 2 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

● Bon relationnel
