What will you be doing:

As a Senior Chef Apprentice in Production Cooking, you will manage a team to produce standardised dishes and menus within your care home kitchen. You will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including producing, monitoring, and maintaining consistent food standards.

These apprenticeships will allow you to hone your skills, increase your knowledge and take on additional responsibilities; all whilst working in your Avery care home. Kitchen Assistant Nights at Central Production Unit, Bristol Airport


Pay Rate: Between midnight and 6 AM earn £14 per hour, £12.80 at all other times.
Shift pattern: Full Time (Must be able to work 30 hours, at all times), scheduled between 10pm and 6am, including weekends
Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Due to some responsibilities within the Kitchen Assistant Nights role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A KITCHEN ASSISTANT NIGHTS, YOUR MAIN DUTIES WILL INVOLVE:

- Helping with deliveries.
- Preparing meats, vegetables and pastries
- Assisting in stock rotation.

Available Hours:

Part Time - 20 hours per week

As part of a dedicated team, you'll help prepare and serve meals for residents.
