Job Title: Corporate Intern, F&B
Job Description:
We are looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented person to join our team as an F&B Corporate Intern.
Applicant will assist the Group F&B Head to oversee F&B concepts and special projects across the
group’s hotels. Applicants with no prior experience in F&B or hospitality are welcome to apply.
A minimum internship commitment period of 3 months is required.
Role and learning opportunities:
• Communication and Liaising: To communicate with each hotel’s F&B department, as well as other
internal departments such as marketing and communications in order to carry out tasks as
needed.
• Data analysis of monthly reports: To receive and interpret monthly budget and menu engineering
reports, synthesising information and data into actionable steps.
• Project Coordination: Assisting Group F&B Head with monitoring projects to ensure timelines and
milestones are met, communicating regularly with project stakeholders in other departments to
ensure on-schedule execution.
• Documentation and recording: Maintaining detailed records of workflow, recording decisions and
outcomes discussed in meetings.
• Research: Conducting research as directed by the F&B Head for market trends, and identification of areas
for innovation and improvement.
What we are looking for:
• Proactiveness and initiative, with a willingness to learn and try new things.
• Strong written and verbal command of English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience or knowledge in F&B or Hospitality an advantage (not required).
• Minimum age requirement of 18.
