Votre alternance en entreprise :

Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « support au développement de la cybersecurité d’Airbus à l’international (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus sur son site de Blagnac à Toulouse. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du département « DSFE » en charge de l'implémentation des solutions de cybersécurité dans les filiales Airbus à l’étranger.

Cet apprentissage consistera à :

Le produit fournit un certain nombre de services ayant pour objectif l'amélioration et l‘harmonisation des solutions de cybersécurité déployées sur l’infrastructure Airbus à l’international. Le but est de s’assurer que les solutions proposées en Europe sont aussi disponibles dans le reste du monde.

Il y a deux groupes d’activités :

Le premier se focalise sur la gestion de projet et la coordination des déploiements en fournissant des outils appropriés (présentations, gestion des budgets, gestion des risques…)

Le second est un groupe d'experts techniques pouvant assister les équipes en Europe ou au sein même des filiales.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre 2024 pour une durée de 1 an.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues. 

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur Airbus, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Coordonner les activités entre les équipes (techniques ou non) situés en Europe et dans le reste du monde;

• Suivre le déploiement des produits et solutions de cybersécurité avec les équipes techniques et la gestion de projets.

• Identifier les problèmes dans le processus et proposer des solutions pour y remédier

• S’assurer de l'adhérence des services proposés avec la gouvernance de la société

• Contribuer à la réduction des risques liés à la cybersécurité

• Revoir les documentation techniques qui seront utilisées dans les différentes phases des projets;

• Evaluer les solutions en place et fournir des recommandations pour améliorer l’harmonisation des solutions IT au sein d’Airbus

• Évaluer les mesures de sécurité en place et proposition d’axes d'amélioration pour réduire l’exposition aux risques cyber.

Livrables clés :

• Documentation d’architecture techniques

• Conduite de tests techniques sur les solutions en place et rédaction des rapports associés

• Conduite de tests de pénétration sur les infrastructures et rédaction des rapports associés

Compétences & Prérequis : 

Vous êtes en formation, ou vous avez déjà validé au minimum une formation Bac+2 dans le domaine informatique de type DUT/BUT Informatique, BTS SIO, BTS SN...ou équivalent. 

En postulant à cette formation en alternance certifiée cela vous donnera non seulement le niveau Bac+3 en obtenant un Bachelor Analyste en Cybersécurité dans le secteur aéronautique, mais aussi un tremplin vers deux opportunités en or : 

• soit prolonger votre formation en apprentissage pour deux années supplémentaires avec le diplôme de Mastère (niveau Bac +5, proposée en partenariat avec Ynov Campus Toulouse) 

• ou bien postuler pour un contrat de travail à durée indéterminée (CDI) au sein de notre entreprise!

Primary Responsibilities

Executes Butler core tasks

• Takes responsibility and ownership in creating personal connections through emotional luxury between Butlers and residents.
• Engages and customises check-in procedures, suite set-up, suite orientation, offers welcome drink, itinerary and dining recommendations and bookings, through observation and interactions anticipate and be intuitive of residents’ needs and wants.
• Orchestrates the celebrations of residents’ special occasions, assists with in-suite experiences resolves resident feedback, serves daily amenities and offers assistance for departure arrangements and provides fond farewell.
• Tasks include unpacking, packing, laundry, shoe-shine and in-room dining service, promptly answers any resident calls and emails and communicates with respective departments.
• Ensures service standards and individual performance are aligned with Accor Hotels Values - Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect.

Deals with internal stakeholders

• Executes the annual upsell strategy and achieves all goals as set by management and cooperates with the Front Office team in promoting inter-hotel sales and in-house restaurants and facilities.
• Cooperates closely with the Room Service team and housekeeping to ensure a seamless In Room Dining and cleaning experience. Acts as a link for residents with all other areas of the hotel.
