Principal Accountabilities
· Support the regional deployment of Global Talent initiatives and cycle plan activities through application of standard processes/ tools / data / insights ensuring regional and BU alignment of priorities.
· Aims to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery of Group-wide development solutions across the Asia Pacific Middle East region which have approximately 10000+ employees across more than 30 different markets.
· Provide active support for execution of initiatives across the Region in line with global governance framework.
· Contribute to drive the regional talent Inclusion/Diversity agenda with Global Businesses/Functions and Markets by providing thought leadership, analytical insights on business issues and identifying solutions that address their changing Learning, Talent and Inclusion needs.
· Act as a key member of the Regional Talent, OE & Inclusion team, to provide support to the Diversity & Inclusion agenda and implement initiatives across the Businesses/ Functions/ Markets by working closely with the Regional Head of Talent, OE & Inclusion and Area Talent, OE managers.
· Conduct ongoing research in external HR trend, best practice to support designing and implementing fit-for-purpose talent agenda, learning along with deployment of solutions and tools, in line with global framework and governance.
Business
· Support delivery of D&I agenda in the Region to ensure the approach and execution is in line with group strategy to support new category expansion.
· Understand each markets’ people-related challenges from the angles of diversity/inclusion and culture aspects in the Region and support the ideation of strategy and solutions in addressing the challenges
· Ensure all deployments (i.e. inclusion projects) are in adherence to relevant global policies, procedures, standards and execution requirements
· As a key member of APME Talent, OE & Inclusion team, orchestrate with various stakeholders to provide support via different channels – (i) Communicate and cascade key information on talent agendas (ii) Engage and collaborate with Area Talent managers to deploy necessary initiatives/projects
· Support delivery of the regional learning curriculum and talent interventions
Leadership
· Contribute to articulate Region’s desired outcome and provide clear directions to the team to drive success for the Region
· Foster healthy relationships with senior leaders/ stakeholders to drive and support multiple Talent agenda
· Active member of the Regional Talent & OE team
· Attends other committees and forums on request
