Job Scope:

• Teaching values and character through sports
• Carry out fun activities and exercises for coordination, balance, agility, turning, jumping
• Maintain a professional image at all times and carry out lessons in a professional manner
• Engage, coach and inspire students to achieve their goals
• Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and passion for coaching
• Demonstrate competency in various sports
• Assess students according to grading rubrics
• Exhibit classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage children
• Chaperones duties during camp
• Attend mandatory training for Insturctor
• Attend mandatory events such as Sports Camp (Day Camp)

Requirements:

• Valid MOE IRS Certificate
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate
• Comfortable with travelling
• Any experience in coaching environment and/or in playing sports
• Able to commit every Wednesdays & Fridays - Other days availability
• Able to commit for 1 Year

Working Hours:

• 3.5 hours daily between 1:30pm - 6pm

Programme Oversight & Strategic Development

• Lead the development and management of specialized training programs (Bakery, Café, and Catering)
• Ensure programs meet industry standards and align with trainees’ skill development needs.
• Collaborate with external partners like ASTONS to enhance program offerings.
• Plan and oversee new recipe development and seasonal menu offerings in line with market trends.

Team Leadership & Staff Mentoring

Trainee Management & Development
