Role Purpose
The Team Leader oversees Financial Counsellors, Financial Capability Workers and a Financial Coach based in Victoria East. This role, reporting to the Manager, Family and Financial Counselling/Capability Services requires strong financial services expertise and effective leadership.
The Team Leader ensures the delivery of high-quality financial services across VIC East & NSW, collaborates across teams, and fosters teamwork within client services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Financial Counselling and Capability Team, and the Firmer Foundations Financial Coach in NSW to empower women, children and families, consistent with Good Shepherds mission, service strategic plan and relevant partner and funding agreements.
Provide high quality leadership to the team through promotion of open communication, teamwork and delegation.
