We provide customized service to our clients and enable our business to grow the Asset Management franchise across traditional and alternative products. Our teams execute within a front to back operating model, delivering support across the client, product, and investment lifecycle. We also conduct risk oversight, provide change management, business intelligence, and market solutions for the division.

The Global Shareholder Services has teams in Chicago, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. We are responsible for the ongoing Client Services and Transfer Agent vendor management covering over 1,000 Goldman Sachs offshore mutual funds across a wide range of client types including Third Party Distributors, Banks, Institutions and High Net Worth individuals.

Role Summary & Responsibilities

As a Shareholder Services Asia Client Services Manager, you will work closely with Shareholder Services and relevant stakeholders across the region, managing investors / client facing teams to ensure service delivery is maintained at a highest quality. Additionally, you will support other Shareholder Services functions in onboarding new clients, protecting and maintaining existing clients. In addition, you will be collaborating with internal teams and service providers (e.g. transfer agents) to offer guidance and manage Services related solutions, and continuously enhancing our process in line with best market practice.

The Client Services role contributes to asset gathering, enhancing client engagement, identifies operational efficiencies opportunity, and differentiates through technology and, ultimately improving the client experience. You will also execute the Operations’ strategy and modernize the client experience.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Plan and lead the end to end process of implementation & transition events including client onboarding and change, asset take-on / take-off activities, and account terminations.

• Project-management approach to client onboarding & change events including complex portfolio structures across the asset classes.
• Partner with Shareholder Services team colleagues and in some instances sales organization to ensure a seamless client onboarding from front to back and liaise with multiple parties to bring about execution of a transaction

We are currently seeking an Analyst or Associate to join our growing Hotels & Hospitality platform with a primary focus on hotel and resort consulting and asset management projects in Southeast Asia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct financial modelling, primarily focusing on discounted cash flow analysis, sales comparable analysis, etc;

About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. ·       Lead the monthly forecasting processes

·       Analyse regional business results to identify trends and/or financially significant variances and suggest corrective actions  to improve business profitability and growth.

·        Build and optimize FP&A processes and use financial forecasting and modelling techniques to project performance

·       Perform in-depth analysis of the group's performance on P&L, B/S, working capital efficiency, cash flow management, pricing and other key efficiency indicators.

 Business & Commercial partnering

·       Conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate the financial impact of various initiatives.

·       Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to regional and senior leadership. Provide financial advisory support to the regions.

·      Support development of regional commercial business plan

 Budgeting

·       Lead the annual budgeting processes, working closely with cross-functional teams

About your Experience
You will have at least 5 year’s experience in an FA&P role,  have worked closely with commercial teams and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. A passion for data analysis and tech is a given.

·       Degree in Business, Finance or Finance Professional qualification.

·       HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) experience required.

·       Experience with PowerBI, will be a plus.

·       Deep understanding of a matrix organization and an ability to manage stakeholders from various functions

·       Good excel skills with experience in building database, reporting, financial models and forecast.

In this position, you will serve as an analyst and/or advisor to management, assessing the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of Air and Marine Operations Human Capital efforts, resolving complex problems related to position management, staffing and placement, performance management, awards, and workers' compensation.

• Advising on changes to organizational structures, organizational charts, and mission and function statements to implement reorganizations, or changes in program administration, to reduce or eliminate functional overlap among the assigned programs.
• Developing comprehensive, long-range hiring plans (required positions based on projected turnover, losses, program changes, etc.). Conducting studies or analyses of workforce requirements based on changing missions and programs.
• Analyzing progress on the execution of hiring plans to ensure the desired results and assigned program's goals and objectives are achieved. Works with budget to ensure that position and funding ceilings are not exceeded, employment requirements are continuously reviewed, and positions are limited to those that can be financed with available funds.
• Providing analytical data reporting of supported offices to capture employment levels and hiring trends. Advising leadership on the status of hiring plan efforts and takes necessary actions to avoid reaching disruptively low employment levels.
