Responsibilities:
Maintaining good relationships with the owner, consultant, and sub-contractors.
Site management and resolving technical-related issues on-site.
Coordinates with team, consultants, and sub-contractors on construction-related matters to ensure the project is delivered on time.
Coordinate with subcontractors on their productivity rate and incorporate it into the scheduling process
Develop schedule and monitoring forms to ensure that all site activities are tracked closely and monitored.
Conducting regular meetings with all construction staff on the techniques of improving quality.
Preferably having experience in LTA Projects. Familiar with the LTA design process and documentation.
Profession in all SWC WorkS.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Review the work progress daily and prepare internal and external reports about job status. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
Job Experience:
At least 8 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Experience in LTA-MRT project will be advantageous
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
