Barista at Starbucks
- Bedford Train Station


Pay rate £10.42 per hour.


- An additional £1.20 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6am

We are looking for Full Time Baristas to join our Starbucks
- Bedford Train Station.As a Barista you will work a variety of shifts between 4:30am to 7pm including weekends.

Don't worry if you don't have any experience as we will teach you everything you need to know to do well in this role.

Requirements for Barista:

- Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will need to be able to serve and handle alcohol.


Responsibilities for Barista:

- Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas

Full Time Team Leader

Everyone regardless of age starts on £11 per hour.

We are looking for Team Leader to join our Starbucks at Bedford Station.

As a Team Leader you will work a variety of shifts between 5am and 7pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities for Team Leader:

- Leads the shift and motivates the team to drive sales
- Follows opening, closing & shift changeover procedures ensuring effective handover
- Ensures the cleaning schedules are followed with all cleaning monitored & allocated fairly
- Following Health & Safety/Food Safety/Statutory requirements and report to Line Manager if required
- Trains the team on brand standards
- Ensures cash procedures followed by all staff


Requirements for Team Leader:

- Team Leader/Supervisor experience within retail or hospitality sector
