Job Description
Attend daily F&B meetings and take down minutes of meeting
Cover Executive Secretary during her absence
Prepare and send outlets reservation list daily
Provide administrative support to the F&B team
Communicate with clients on F&B booking enquiries via email and phone
Record all forecast bookings for seminars, banquet and hotel activities
Cover breaks and stand in for cashier and render service at restaurants
Keep track of all bookings and payments for outlets' promotions
Maintain adequate stock of office supplies for F&B team
Liaise with relevant department for quotations and follow up on goods arrival
Work closely with HR department for submission of attendance and overtime report
Requirements
2 years of working experience in hotel
Strong organizational skills
Independent and able to work well as a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
