We require a experienced Chef, ideally based close to the A1 to travel around and support our teams in our top units were we provide food services for leading business in the world of elite motor sport, premier league football and other industry leading contract.
A fantastic opportunity to be a part of an ever growing contract catering business, from street food pop ups to banqueting and bespoke events. We are looking for a passionate, creative and career driven chef with experience in contract catering for our ever growing catering offer to provide chef management support traveling in and around the North West & East region. Locations such as Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool & Tee side are home to some of our top units were we provide food services for leading business in the world.

Job Description As a Relief Chef, you will ensure our future generations are provided with nutritionally balanced and tasty food. We serve thousands of meals every day across the UK and want this exceptional service to our schools and colleges to continue.
We therefore need you to be well presented, organised and possess great communication skills and have a genuine passion for what you do. We really want you to demonstrate a real passion for food and service, having worked in a similar environment at a similar level. The role will be hands on, working with your team and having sound health and safety and food safety knowledge.
As well as having an excellent presentation, organisational and communication skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food & service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
Qualifications As a Relief Chef you will previously worked in a similar environment at a management level.
- Be a proven, hands-on leader, able to invest in your team and their development
- Be naturally outgoing and vibrant, display a real passion for food and customer service
- Have excellent Health & Safety knowledge
- Be financially astute and have strong IT literacy
- Be innovative and creative and driven by excellence
- Stay up to date with current food trends
