Data entry for Account Payable and Account Receivable
Issue invoice / delivery order (DO)
Prepare the payments for Supplier and Subcontractor invoices
Check and key in petty cash
Perform bank reconciliation
Work closing with procurement department
Other ad hoc accounting work assign as require
Job Requirements:
Min Certificate in Business Studied / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
At least have 1-2 years related experiences in Account Payable and Account Receivable
Knowledge in using MYOB and SQL preferred
Positive attitude and team player
