An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Support Officer to join the Continuous Service Improvement Team within Rotherham Mental Health Care Group.
The post holder will be expected to provide a support function across the Care Group and to lead on distinct projects and work streams.

We are looking for a team player to work as a key member of the Rotherham Care Group Continuous Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects, building a culture of continual service improvement.
Working with the Continuous Service Improvement Lead the Development Support Manager will assist with the development and implementation of large-scale change management programmes and improvement projects.
They will also have sound working knowledge and experience of using a project management approach, producing complex programme plans, quality assurance and project documentation. They will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills with an ability to engage with a wide range of teams across organisations.
The postholder will be expected to work at any location within the Trust footprint and will reach out to a number of partner agencies to deliver the project objectives.
