The Staff, Finance Operations will serve as a finance business partner to our Indonesia business team, overseeing the end-to-end business operation process. This role includes handling loan disbursements, managing repayments, processing withdrawals, conducting reconciliations, and managing escrow accounts. This position is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall operational flow of financial transactions.
What you will do:
Loan Disbursement & Repayment Management
- Support the loan disbursement process by verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Monitor repayment schedules, track payment statuses, and follow up on overdue payments.
Transaction Processing & Reconciliation
- Process withdrawal requests promptly and accurately.
- Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Oversee escrow management with attention to proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
Reporting & Audit Support
- Prepare, maintain, and update financial reports related to operations, ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist with audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation and information.
Ad-hoc Support
- Contribute to special projects and perform additional tasks to support team
- objectives and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years in finance operations or a similar role, preferably within a financial services or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, regulatory compliance, and loan management.
- Proficient in English.
