We are looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for parents, staff and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your role will be vital in supporting the smooth running of the Academy, providing a range of administrative and communication duties.
What a Typical Day Might Look Like:
- Deliver efficient and responsive reception service. This includes answering queries, dealing with complaints and providing referrals in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional image for the Academy at all times.
- Undertake various administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and managing school supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Act as a first-aider, providing basic first aid to students, staff and visitors (training provided).
- Assist with communication within the Academy, managing emails, post and switchboard calls to keep everyone connected.
- Uphold Academy policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
- Be a team player, supporting colleagues during busy periods and providing cover when needed.
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm.
