Doing Amazing Things Together
We’re all about possibilities. Are you?
Are you an outdoorsy person? Someone who loves being surrounded by countryside, walking and spending time in the garden?
Become a Support Worker.
What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way. We are looking for a warm, welcoming person to join our fantastic team supporting 3 ladies who live in a rural, countryside area in Great Ellingham.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. They love spending time outside and going for drives to explore the local area, trips to the café, shopping, horse riding and cooking. They enjoy spending time with people who have a great sense of humour.
We are looking for someone to work a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday waking nights
You will need to be a driver, with access to your own vehicle as this is a rural location. So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
Ability to commute/relocate: To NR17 - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence

We offer Wagestream - a money management app that gives you access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it, access to coaching, vouchers, discounts, cashback and more.
You will be entitled to annual leave and have the ability to buy additional leave.
Fully funded health cash plans giving you access to a 24 hour GP, money back on prescriptions, dental treatment, opticians and access to many more health benefits
What will you do?
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all shopping trips and cooking. We also support people to take medication, assist with personal care, make healthy lifestyle choices and maintain their home in a way that they feel safe, well and happy
