ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Customer Service Advisor will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person, and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include: Being responsible for the reception area and ensure it is always presented to a high standard. Supporting with the process of show rounds. Actively following up and manage any sales enquiries through to admissions. Assisting the Home Administrator as required. Our ideal candidate must: Have effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner. Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Suite. Demonstrate a positive attitude to all residents and visitors. Ideally have previous experience in working in a customer service role for a minimum of two years. Supporting establishing links with the local community (e.g., schools, spiritual groups, museums/libraries) to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
