Job Description:
· Maintain a full set of accounts which including AR, AP, cash book, and general ledger
· Prepare monthly accounting schedules, financial statements, month-end, and year-end reporting
· Assist in preparing and monitoring financial budgets, forecasts, and implementation of financial controls
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
· Prepare quarterly GST report
· Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit
· Liaise with secretarial on the passing of company resolutions
· Liaise with bankers on updates on the change of authorised signatory and any compliance required by banks
· Handling government claims as well as audit queries on these claims.
· Human Resources, Administrative and secretarial support to the team and superior
· Any other job assigned
Requirement:
· Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in maintaining a full set of accounts
· Preferably with experience in using QuickBooks accounting software
· Good command of English will be an advantage
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
· A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
· Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel
· Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
