Qualifications:

• Provide technical guidance to ensure proper investigation of losses, identification of coverage, determination of compensability, evaluation of liability, damages and litigation management.
• Ensure plans of action are proactively developed and executed to conclude claims pursuant to guidelines and delegated authority.
• Ensure proper reserves are established and maintained to accurately reflect financial exposure.
• Utilize file audits, periodic file reviews and available resources to identify trends and developmental opportunities.
• Lead cross functional teams to identify and resolve issues and design and implement solutions to prevent future occurrence as necessary.
• Analyze and interpret information to develop and execute plans improving claims operations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Job Functions:

• Set up, operates, and performs maintenance on, and solves issues with equipment, to include complex, and precision adjustments that require an understanding of the manufacturing process and the effect of electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical devices on the product.

What You Will Do:

The Patient Account Representative (PAR) is expected to perform specific billing processes, follow-up, account resolution, adjustments and scanning as required. This position works with other departments to facilitate the meeting of both departmental facility goals and objectives. Job Functions:

• Responsible for following safety policies and procedures.
• Responsible for following all required GMP’s and applicable manufacturing procedures.
• Perform a variety of duties to assemble all types and sizes of product, components, and sub-assemblies using a variety of standard and specialty assembly machines or hand operations.  May be required to press, bond, solder, flare, strip, clamp, sand, weld, mount/takedown or inspect for appearance, gauging of parts by “no-go” or “go” gauges and set fixtures.
• After initial training, shows the ability to consistently meet daily production goals while building a high quality product, part or subassembly to specification.
• Set up, operates, perform minor maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
• Follow department procedures on material replenishment.
• Assists in training of manufacturing personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve team performance.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inventory transactions within JDE: Enter/change, Backflush at pay point, Request for product from warehouse, Summary Availability, Batch release, Cardex, Lot Availability, Item branch plant entry, Select items for Cycle count, Cycle Count Entry, Cycle Variance Detail Print, Production Cost Inquiry, Lot Master Revision, Single Level where used and Inventory transfers.

• Ordering material

• Effectively maintain and/or implement Kanban material replenishment system for area(s) of responsibility. This is performed by WHSE - MP9085.

• Investigate Negative Inventory.

• Work order reconciliation.

• Communication of any material issues impacting production to the Team Leader and Buyers.

• Create purchase requisitions.

• Generate inventory issue reports.

• Expiration PM’s.

• Internal Lot Release.

• Generates and coordinates monthly cycle counts for areas of responsibility.

• Research and communicate work order closure for material portion.

• Retrieve items from warehouse if ordered hot.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/ or Experience Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of two (2) years prior related work experience, preferred OR currently performing the role as a Back-up

About the Role

As a Supervision Analyst you will analyze sales activity to identify trends and patterns, complete secondary transaction review, and evaluate advisor behavior. Supervision Analysts collaborate closely with the firm’s various Compliance departments and field leadership to preserve the interest of our clients by detecting and mitigating conflicts of interest. A Supervision Analyst provides exceptional service and support to our business partners by delivering timely and thoughtful analysis of data collected in proprietary reports, surveillance systems and by individual referrals.

• Utilize data collected to provide in depth analysis the firm can use to make business and compliance decisions.
• Analyze, identify, and resolve complex issues discovered during routine surveillance.
• Working with third party vendors, representatives, financial advisors, and internal business partners.
• Respond to inquiries from compliance, field leadership, financial advisors and internal business partners regarding sales activity, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver and track analysis summaries to internal business units for review and follow up pertaining to monthly and quarterly report inquires.
