The Staff, Finance Operations will serve as a finance business partner to our Indonesia business team, overseeing the end-to-end business operation process. This role includes handling loan disbursements, managing repayments, processing withdrawals, conducting reconciliations, and managing escrow accounts. This position is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall operational flow of financial transactions.

What you will do:

Loan Disbursement & Repayment Management

• Support the loan disbursement process by verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor repayment schedules, track payment statuses, and follow up on overdue payments.
  

Transaction Processing & Reconciliation

• Process withdrawal requests promptly and accurately.
• Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
• Oversee escrow management with attention to proper documentation and regulatory compliance.

Reporting & Audit Support

• Prepare, maintain, and update financial reports related to operations, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation and information.

Ad-hoc Support

• Contribute to special projects and perform additional tasks to support team
• objectives and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in finance operations or a similar role, preferably within a financial services or fintech environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, regulatory compliance, and loan management.
• Proficient in English.

• Managing a staff of 110 employees ranging from GS-5 to GS-13 within a contact center environment. Evaluates performance of subordinate supervisors and direct reports.
• Supervising the department level management services for the administration of accounts receivable programs.
• Interpreting and applying Federal Debt Collection laws and requirements. Reviews and interprets agency rules and regulations, laws and information received from other sources.
• Developing compassionate approach to the collection of overpayments.
• Responding promptly and courteously to inquiries from a variety of sources.
• Setting effective, efficient, and economical direction of debt collection operations measured through productivity, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

As a Bank Secrecy Act Officer, you will:
- Administer and coordinate agency efforts to prevent and deter money laundering (ML), terrorism financing (TF), and other illicit finance activity risks in entities supervised by the NCUA.
- Participate in credit union examinations and supervision contacts to review and address ML/TF and other illicit finance activity risks, as appropriate.
- Review completed examination reports for quality and consistency.
- Prepare letters, memoranda, and other correspondence interpreting laws, regulations, or procedures within the scope of responsibilities.
- Assist with drafting new or updating existing regulations.
- Prepare written work products and responses for or at the request of NCUA executives and the Board of Directors.
- Review and analyze data from suspicious activity, currency transaction, and other reports filed by entities supervised by the NCUA.
- Represent the NCUA in interagency activities pertaining to any of the areas assigned.
- Develop and conduct virtual and in-person presentations and training for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in speaking engagements involving financial institutions, trade associations, or other professional organizations on a wide variety of AML/CFT and other illicit financial activity topics.
- Establish and maintain liaison relationships with the other federal financial institution regulatory agencies, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), OFAC, and other investigatory or regulatory agencies related to preventing and detecting ML, TF, and other illicit financial activities.

I am working with a Market Research company hiring a qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA to join the finance team as a Finance Business Partner. You will be working for a company with international reach and one which is growing lots, hence the need to hire this newly created commercial role.
Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for working across multiple business units providing insight, analysis and support to help drive company performance.
This role will involve monthly revenue reporting, ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes for the whole P&L, including detailed modelling, analytics and presentation packs to senior management, supporting with ad-hoc projects and process implementation.
