• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the financial strategy for the Group in alignment with ICE overall business objectives.
• Corporate Finance: Coordinate and support future capital raising activities of the Group.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage the Group's financial operations, including annual budgeting process and forecasting.
• Cashflow Management and Treasury: Manage the cash flow and liquidity position of the Company. Implement effective cash management strategies and foreign exchange risk management.
• Risk Management: Ensure that the financial controls, transactions, policies, and procedures meet the Group's short and long-term business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations, accounting principles, and best practice.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and communication of financial statements and ensure the timely reporting of key financial data and updates within the company and to investors, where required.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulation, accounting standards and internal controls. Facilitate audit and reviews with external auditor.
• Team Management: Oversight of the Finance team and managing the team’s ongoing professional development and training.
• Corporate Structuring: Collaborates closely with the executive leadership team in developing any corporate structuring activities.
• Project Financing: Work closely with the Regional Heads, and other members of the executive leadership team, in matters of project financing strategy and other project level financing decisions that require finance input.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Degree in a finance-related field with a minimum of 10 years related working experience.
• Proven experience as a senior finance executive or senior vice president with at least 5 years leading finance teams.
• Experience in fund raising and working with institutional investors.
• Experience in working in a fund management role or with start-ups / growth stage companies would be an added advantage.
• Experience in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Team player who can strike the right balance between operating independently and being self-motivated, while embracing the transparent and collegiate work style of the existing team.
• Strong communication skills, good attention to detail and organised.

Summary of the position:

This role is a key member of the HR team and reports directly to the Head of HR. The candidate should have proven end-to-end HR experience, ideally in Financial Services industry.

Main responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with stakeholder to deliver professional HR advisories, provide seamless HR support to its business as required and drive the implementation of HR practices and initiatives.
• Be a strategic advisor to the business on talent development matters including the identifying and grooming of hi-potential talent, talent succession, performance management and coaching managers through performance management conversations.
• Identify gaps in the existing processes proactively and drive continuous improvements to HR processes.
• Consult and advise management in the business planning process and provide input on organizational capability and the HR implications of business objectives so as to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
• HR operational responsibilities including developing HR policies in line with local regulations, enforcing procedures, managing processes and systems as well as ensuring compliance on day-to-day handling of HR matters.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle including on/off-boarding briefing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, exit management, etc.
• Manage employee relations and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and company culture

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 12 years of HR Generalist/ Business Partnering of HR Advisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of local employment law and compliance requirements.

As the Head of Department, the Director shall:

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and review all periodical financial reports, provide timely and accurate financial data to senior management for decision making
2. Implement and monitor a control system and/or other accounting quality management system.
3. Implement and ensure compliance of accounting policies, measures, procedures that are necessary for proper accounting practices, controls and services.
4. Plan and prepare annual and long-term capital and annual budgets for senior management’s approval.
5. Monitor the preparation of cash-flow statements, forecast and interact with the Banks and other external bodies.
6. Oversee purchasing and store to negotiate for best prices without compromising on quality and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with SOPs.
