                              財務及客戶經理

責任：

• 監督和管理公司、財務和會計職能的各個方面，包括會計、現金流量管理、預算和稅務規劃和預測。
• 在海外，審查並實施會計和財務政策和程序，以確保遵守會計準則。
• 及時向管理層提供有關公司財務狀況、經營成果和資本規劃狀況的報告和建議。
• 分析和審查所有財務和會計報告，包括獲利能力分析以及信用和現金流量分析。
• 與外部各方聯絡，包括金融機構、審計師、稅務代理人、公司秘書、法律顧問、政府機構，以滿足法定和立法要求。

要求 ：

• 候選人必須至少擁有會計/金融學士學位或專業會計資格（ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MIA）
• 至少 5 年製造/種植環境工作經驗。
• 精通MS Office應用程序，了解稅務和財務會計標準
• 良好的分析能力和透過總結解釋結果的能力。
• 良好的英語書面和口語能力至關重要。
• 積極主動，具有團隊合作精神，能夠獨立工作並在壓力下按時完成報告。
• 能夠出差是一個額外的優點。

您的角色：成本經理

主要職責

• 制定和維護標準成本會計系統並分析差異。
• 制定與成本會計相關的程序。
• 確保準確地將成本分配到產品上。
• 準備每月營運報告，解釋與計劃相比的材料、勞動力和間接費用效率以及生產力成本。
• 對庫存成本進行詳細分析，以建立標準成本並解釋庫存差異。
• 與管理和庫存控制協調庫存相關活動，包括分析、報告、週期盤點活動（例如盲盤）；庫存調整需求；並有助於確保整體庫存準確性。
• 與銷售團隊合作，根據設施內的營運成本分析、討論並提出適當的定價建議。
• 與生產和採購部門密切合作，了解和管理製造和採購成本
• 支援與成本會計相關的外部審計和稅務準備職能。
• 不斷尋求流程改善以提高效率和生產力。建議更改公司的流程和政策，以降低成本並提高流程效率。

要求：

• 擁有著名大學的金融/會計或工商管理學位。
• 至少 5 年會計/財務經驗，擅長製造成本會計
• 了解會計程序和實踐，最好是在製造環境中。需要對成本會計原則有深入的了解並注重細節。
• 熟練使用 Microsoft Office，包括 Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint

• To plan and execute local marketing activity to achieve target assigned for branch
• Fully adhere to operation requirement for branch operation
• Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customer
• To ensure compliance of Branch Operational Procedure and Integrated Management System (IMS) guideline, whenever attending customers at all time
